Call for Papers: Ecosystem Restoration Special Issue
In connection with the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030), NSO's journal Ecography will publish a special issue to improve the scientific basis for global restoration efforts.
Ecography extends an open call for papers on ecosystem restoration, from rewilding to restoration in urban and farmland context to spatial prioritization to socio-ecological and socio-economic perspectives. The special issue also includes invited manuscripts that provide novel insights into empirical and theoretical work in spatiotemporal ecology and macroecology.
The special issue will be edited by Ecography’s Deputy Editor-in-Chief Jens-Christian Svenning, subject editor Henrique Pereira, and guest editors Sophie Monsarrat and Nestor Fernandez. Ecography is a full Gold Open access journal, and all accepted papers are subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC). Submitted articles must fit Ecography’s aims and scope.
Please submit your paper here. Deadline for submission of papers: 1 April 2021.
