Thanks for participating at the Nordic Oikos 2024 in Lund!

The Nordic Society Oikos (NSO) held the 6th biennal conference in Lund, Sweden from Tuesday 12 March to Friday 15 March 2024. It was the first time the conference was in Lund and the second time it was in Sweden. The meeting was jointly organised by the NSO and the European Ecological Federation​ (EEF).

The 2024 conference theme was ' New perspectives in ecological and evolutionary research'.

We had the chance to hear from and interact with experts in the field of ecology and evolution. The conference program inlcuded 6 plenary talks, 136 oral presentations, discussion sessions and neary 200 poster presentations and it had a record number of over 450 delegates. There was lots of opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the Nordic, Europe and the world throughout the program and social events.
